Kathy Hinkle: I don't like change and I don't like buying new phones. I don't like having to learn something new haha. My phone was dying, or so I thought. It started not holding a charge properly. I almost bought a new phone, when someone suggested to me why not just try a new battery? I bought this and now my phone works perfectly again. Easy peasy! I can't guarantee this is what's wrong with your phone, but because of the price, I recommend you try buying a new battery before spending hundreds or maybe even thousands on a brand new phone.

Lucy: I'm embarrassed to admit that I had never changed a phone battery before. My J3 is three years old, and the battery was running down very fast, especially when I was talking on the phone, which I do a lot. A couple days ago it conked out after a conversation, and it wouldn't charge at all.
