Jenn NYC: I only bake, bacon, and this brand was a winner! I sometimes make candied bacon, by sprinkling with brown sugar before baking. This brand was great, made in that style. Just watch the clock closely, as the brown sugar burns fast. Only a minute can make the difference between great and garbage worthy.
