♥ Books & Gadgets: I love bacon. Bacon makes everything better. This should by rights have been really tasty bacon. And the flavor was definitely there - delicious. The problem is well, it's really chewy. There was a layer which we could just not chew through. Inedible chewy bits left on the plate. This was a shame. It would be fine for using for lardons or something, or maybe chopped up in pasta, but that's it - not suitable for breakfast bacon. I put these in fried egg croissant sandwiches today. Let's just say it was not a win. :(

Jaume63: I was surprised that I found this on Amazon and could pick it up on the same day! Quality bacon and it cooked beautifully. My husband uses it for his chili each year and Wrights bacon did not have it this year. We will definitely buy it again!

maxwell polish: I really like this bacon although it might be a little more expensive than average bacon. I feel the additional cost is worth it if you aren't eating it everyday. On top of the flavor you can save the bacon fat to fry some potato pancakes or sauté your onions etc for your next dish to impart an amazing smokey flavor to them.
