ProfHarryHill: I go through many of these. They're great in salads, omelettes, soups and anywhere you might use bacon. They taste great. One caution. If you use them in a dry dish, even lots of them in a salad, use them sparingly or chew carefully. They're on the hard side of crunchy. Otherwise they're a delicious bacon substitute.
