Adam druecke: After reading Tom Bradys Book TB12 Method I committed to buying this vibrating roller along with some workout bands. Ive always worked out with sand bags and yoga at my home and followed with a non-vibrating foam roller. Using the vibrating roller with excercise bands I have noticed an increase in range of motion and no longer have chronic shoulder pain I had. Highlfy recommend this product!!!!

AuntieH: This is brilliant, has helped me no end. Its cushioned so not too hard and excruciating to use. In fact as its vibrating you dont notice the pain as much when rolling out tight spots. Well worth the money. Much easier being rechargeable as well

Ms. Thang: It was a little pricey but worth it I was able to get some dollars off but definitely great for pain relief or discomfort not only can you roll on this but it works really well if somebody rolls it out on you but it’s it’s really good and the three or four settings are great as well

Anant Garg: Foam density is high. While this was a positive for me, it may be a bit too hard for those new to foam rolling.

Vibration intensity is quite good, and the product has 4 settings. However, as you move up in the settings it feels like the vibration intensity doesn’t really increase and it’s more just the speed that does.

My major gripe is the diameter of the roller. It’s a bit small which makes it harder to put enough pressure on certain body parts while rolling

Amazon Customer: This product is amazing. The last two vibration settings on here shook the whole house. This is a good thing because let's face it if you are seeking to buy this, your fascia requires this level of intensity! I'm only sad I didn't get this sooner. Suffering from tendonitis in my ankle, it took a couple of encounters with PT friends and yogis to highlight - despite my flexibility, I was inflexible in the IT band (between knee and foot) and muscles supporting the ankle (in feet, calves, shins) and who knows where else?!?!? I already have a multisetting vibrating roller from homemedics which I thought was amazing. But I realized I wasn't receiving the release (relief) I was seeking. This little product outstrips its effectiveness. I wouldn't waste my time elsewhere. As a bonus, It has an outlet adaptor to charge. I wound up with this partially because of it's advertised settings but mostly because I was looking for a unit that didn't eat batteries. This is well designed, petite, and powerful!
