Brook: I never knew I could love a butter dish this much, but I do! Our family switched to Kerrygold and this dish holds the blocks perfectly with a bit of room to spare. We live in a warm climate, and the dish also does a good job of keeping the butter cool on the table for 30 min while we have a meal. Great dish! Please never stop making these. We might need a backup if someone happens to drop it.
