I like that it’s quiet, but It doesn’t help unless you are right in front of it. I definitely wasted my money on this.

Not worth the money. Great sleek design and looks very modern, this is about the only nice thing I can say about this product. I bought this in anticipation of a heat wave and used cold refrigerated water with the ice packs, barely cools the room and I cant feel the air blowing if I’m more than 3 feet away from it on highest setting. Also just a warning, it says to not use the cool setting for more than 12 hours a day or else you could damage the machine so you can only “cool” your house for 1/2 the day. Save your money and invest in a real AC unit.

I had an issue with my first one with the air pump not working correctly and showed them pictures of what was going on and they resolved my issue sending me a new one that works great ! I appreciate the customer service . It gets 5 stars from me !
