Kim: I love this lamp.. very easy to put together. I love the fact you can change it from white to warm yellow/white. Darn if I was home I would have posted a picture. I used it as part of my Christmas decorations and it’s fits in perfectly (yes I decorated early since I’m having a C-section nov 15). It Holds a lot of decorations if you have an imagination like mine. Can’t wait to bring baby girl home to our beautifully decorated home.

Chellez: I have another one of these that I got thru Walmart which is a metal stand. This one is wood, and I think I like the wood better. It comes with a light bulb, but I've replaced all the bulbs in my place with LED WIZ lights, which are app controlled and go AMAZING with this lamp. It's sturdy, yet lightweight. Took all of 5 minutes to assemble.

Deanna Baker: Bought a set of two of these lamps for our living room specifically for the remote control option, they work really well and the shelves are study. The top tends to be heavier than the bottom so recommend placing something heavy on the bottom shelf because they are very light overall. Remote control has various options for preset dimmers, plus a 1 hour sleep timer.
Recently had a power outage that resulted in both remote controls disconnecting from their lamps, but the customer service team was fantastic and very responsive in providing direction on how to reconnect. Plus very simple - make sure the lamps are on, hold the power button for 15 seconds and the lightbulb should blink when reconnected. Worked fantastic on the one lamp, but the other one ended up being a battery replacement need on top of reconnecting and then it worked beautifully.

Campgabsa: This lamp caught on fire at the plug location. Fire severed the cord from the block and caused damage at my daughters dorm. This could have been tragic. Thank god she was gone and was able to put it out. The company won’t contact me back to resolve the issue. Very upset
Uodate: the company touched base with me a refunded my money immediately. They were very kind and helped me resolve this right away. I appreciate this effort. We all know a product might be defaulty and not the sellers fault, so fixing the problem is what the seller can do, and they did it!! Thank you

After moving the shade got crushed during transport, I reached out to customer support and they sent me a replacement within 2 days. That was really nice of them!!
