Lynn: Thank you so much for the fast shipping and packaging! Our postal service likes to do things "their way" so I appreciate the way it was packaged and the speed of shipping. My furnace is up and running and ready for Winter.

BRIAN MCGARTY: a small difference in design but fit perfectly

Amazon Customer: Furnace would not throw heat, only cold air. Troubleshooting problem pointed me to the circuit board - thermostat would start furnace cycle, no gas smelled and no ignition. Tested gas solenoid to be good - speculated problem to be circuit board. Ordered part, and it fixed the problem.

Jacques Dallaire: La fournaise au propane de ma roulotte à sellette ne fonctionnait plus. Après avoir recu le module et installer à la fournaise, tout fonctionne. La commande sur Amazon a été livrée en quelques jours seulement.

J. Simpson: Our NT20SEQ furnace in our 2016 HW296 went out, of course when it was in the 30's...brrrrr

After reading forums, I replaced the igniter, then the sail switch, then the control board. The control board was the culprit.

Once the thermostat was tuned on, our furnace fan would run, then the propane switch would open (click), but the igniter was not sparking (no clicks), thus no ignition. The cycle would repeat 3 times before the fan would shut off.

If you have propane in your tank, and your fan runs, you should smell propane at the exhaust (outside the camper, at the rear of the furnace) when the propane switch opens (click. If if you do, then you know propane is making it into the furnace, and that your sail switch is giving the OK to send fuel. At this point I would inspect your igniter, because it's the easiest part to examine. If you don't suspect the igniter, go for the control board.

This board was a little larger, and the 2 power terminals were on the side rather than the top. Everything was plug and play though, except I needed to tap a screw hole for a 2nd screw since only one would line up to the 4 furnace existing screw holes. There were only 2...

J T: This is the one to get for Sf35Q, the universal dinosaur board does not fit as it needs to have the two 12+ blades for the fan. This one has it. Cheaper than Dinosaur board and same warranty. 3 years ! Don’t diss Chinese made boards they’re the pros at making electronics.

Daniel: Firtlst of, this is a fantastic board. Supporting the SF, SP and dd17 models of the suburban line. It is entirely universal, and work a treat. ( Its basically plug and play.) The board is a little small however, making mounting it a bit of a pain.

Garry Legge: Module Board is universal, needed mounting modification. My furnace is working good now. Maybe it's better than the old one, because it is different, time will tell. 3 year warranty starting in 2013(Note in box) LOL

Gabby_Jim_41: I bought this circuit board on a gamble that it was the right one for my Suburban sf-30f forced air furnace. (The fan wouldn't start.) When I moved the thermostat to call for heat, there was a quiet "click" from the furnace, and then nothing. (I believe the relay on the original board has failed - see way below).

I was very leery of this purchase, but was reassured by other reviews and took a chance. IT WORKS! However, there were two small problems:

The new board lacks the transformer that is on the original, Fenwal, board. (Not to worry, it still works). This board is slightly smaller than the original and it came with an extension assembly that was supposed to correct this by providing a third mounting point. It didn't fit! I tried drilling a small hole in the aluminum support but the screw that came with the kit was too short (per the instruction, I “guess” it was supposed to be a self-drilling screw. It was NOT). I eventually left the board supported in just two places. Not recommended, but the only other option was to try to jury-rig a support. I would recommend a small dab of J.B. Weld under the brass support post, but didn't think of that until AFTER I had...
