Pibbsworth Zwischenlanken: I like how soft/flexible this material is. Unlike less expensive tubes, this has sufficient give that one doesn't feel like they are laying on a small log.

The price is a bit high, but seems to be the lowest price I can find for a tube of this length and softness. I doubt it would survive in a household with a dog who loves to chew, but if you have no pets this should do what you need.

Gisela: I wanted to do foam rolling to help with my upper back and neck. This is the nicest foam roller I found but decided foam rolling is not for me. Tried to roll other parts of my body such as arms and legs and it felt good without being painful. I have spider veins and upon reading reviews decided foam rolling not for me. Would recommend this for someone who wants to do foam rolling but not with a hard roller.

Amazon Customer: This is the roller I really think it is good for me and probably good for muscle pain. If you have very firm muscle the firm foam probably is a better choose. But for muscle pain this soft foam does the work. I highly recommend. The price is a bit expensive. During the Pandemic I have no other choice than the convenience of buying from Amazon. About Sturdiness, right now I cannot give too much detail about it because I just have it for a couple of weeks. Have to wait for a few more months before I can provide a fair comment.

Guy: This was my first purchase on Amazon. It was easy to find the product I had used in Physio. The product was delivered to my home on schedule. I have been using the foam roller for various recommended exercises and I find it the right rigidity and as the one I used in physio. My physiotherapist advised me that other brands may look similar but their foam is more rigid which makes the exercises when you roll parts of your body on it not as comfortable. You can consider this foam roller somewhat rigid. It has just the right give to feel comfortable and to help you do your exercise without pain from the roller. So, to summarize, I am really satisfied with my first purchase (service and product).

Katie: I use this for both Pilates and the MELT method exercises, and I absolutely love it. It is a soft, forgiving foam that still allows me to feel enough pressure where I need it. It is fantastic for massaging the back of the head in order to relieve neck tension and headaches. Highly recommend if you were looking to start doing MELT but couldn't justify spending so much money on the name brand roller. Or if you are just looking to use it for pilates or general foam rolling, it works well for that too! I look forward to using my roller every night as a massage as well as after my workouts.

Frank in SD: This is a great starter foam roller that is a little softer which allows you to get used to foam rolling which can be painful for beginners...this is the perfect roller as it allows you to hit tender spots without hurting yourself.
