Sarah: I bought this as a gift that was then returned as all the recipes can be found online, but this would still be great for someone older who has trouble with the computer or memory they could have the book right in their hand

Marian L. Murdoch: This is the second copy we've bought of this book, our basset hound chewed up the last one, so to actively seek out the same recipe book has to say volumes. Every recipe has been easy to follow and yummy. I've only found one typo thus far: The "Pork Loin, Carrot and Gold Tomato Roast" should read "Pork Loin, Carrot and Gold Potato Roast." BTW, that recipe is my husband's favorite! Each recipe includes the calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber, sugar, and sodium, very important when maintaining a diabetic lifestyle. Other favorites include the Beef Stroganoff, Chicken and Pepper Stew, Mushroom burger, and the Chili Relleno Casserole.

Janet: This is a black and white book printed on demand. Nothing is printed on the spine, so I can't tell it apart from the other cookbook I ordered on the same day. The preview distinctly shows the book is in color. Nowhere does it state the book is in black and white or a print on demand. At least I don't feel like i have to wash my hands every time I touch the cover. It would have been nice if I got what I paid for, but this time, that is not the case.

Jean Cozens: Gave as a gift to my father in law who just got diagnosed with diabetes. Before I gave it to him I went through it and read as much as i could and this book has so much info it even has some recipes at the end.

Lydia: I did not like the fact it has next to none in the picture department. I like to see the finished product in recipes. This is not something i would buy again.

Sue S.: Very happy with the recipes. Not happy with the quality of the print. A good number of pages are barely visible.
