Rocio Nevarez: I was diagnose with diabetes type 2, had a lot of questions my doctors where not answering or just brush me off. I came to realize with this book not everyone who develops this condition is for the ame reason. I am still working to get it under control, but the book has help me to be better, do better.

FPC: I like than it had a good list of herbs that maybe helpful in treatment of diabetes and
offered an explanation of how they work. I was unclear as to whether you expected to take all of the herbs or make a selection. I feel fasting has a place in health restoration. I think I'm not at the point to be able to comply with a fast. At some point I think I'd like to.
