c: This pan is amazing!! I haven't owned a non stick pan in probably 10 years bc I don't like Teflon. I happened to be looking for a non stick pan bc my husband loves gyoza and crunchy hash browns. This pan was really reasonably priced and a good size. Plus it came with a lid. I was so excited to try it and it did not disappoint!! You need to use just a little bit of oil which is totally fine. Nothing has stuck to the pan so far. Everything comes out nice and crisp and is so easy to clean up. I let the pan completely cool down before I wash it and then dry it with a cloth.
So if you're looking for a great non stick pan..this is the one you want.

D. VaughanD. Vaughan: We have a glass cooktop. I grew up with cast iron and have a huge deep skillet that's been a go-to for the larger recipes for decades -- but my wrists just aren't what they used to be. A large aluminum no-stick skillet my husband picked up new didn't sit flat on the cooktop so it was nearly unusable. I read the reviews on this Sensarte 12" deep skillet and decided to try it; we've had it about 2 weeks so I can't say how it will hold up over time (but I've cared for a set of Le Creuset that I got as a wedding gift in 1992 and not messed THAT up so far). We use only wooden utensils on it and the occasional silicone spatula. It sits absolutely flat (its construction suggests it can't/won't warp) and distributes the heat wonderfully. It is far lighter than cast iron but feels solid and easy to balance. The wooden handle stays cool. I love the dual pour spouts. As advertised, it cleans up incredibly well. First, I sauteed vegetables in a bit of olive oil and it just wiped clean. Next, I browned Impossible Sausage and it just wiped clean. Then I did a batch of tomato jam, which has to reduce for 2-3 hours (photo 1). After cooling it, within 90 seconds of lukewarm water, plastic bristle...

kenacious: The pan is distinct looking, more so than the other standard dark brown-gray non-stick pan color. It is speckled and unique-looking. The faux wood handle is cool though evidently fake. I like that there are very few seams and nook/crannies that collect food debris, burnt stuff that makes it hard to clean. As noted in the description, the pan walls do not have rivets for the handle which makes cleaning this pan much more enjoyable. No more burnt schmutz around the rivet getting brown and nasty. The non-stick works well, I cannot complain about it. I like to turn my flame up to medium -high to almost high and it has held up without turning color on the cooking surface. It also has not gotten tacky/sticky from high heat use so far. Only time will tell. I will report back if it gets bad.

We use the pan for stir-frying, making bacon, warming tortillas, pretty much everything. Nothing has stuck and it hasn't turned color. After much cooking in it, I will occasionally fry an egg without oil and it still comes out without sticking, though nothing makes things crisp up like a little oil in the pan. DesignGal: Excellent quality! This pan sits flat and straight with thick sides and a thick bottom that connects well with the burner. The non-stick finish is wonderful and durable allowing for EASY cleanup. Having a lid for my skillets is a requirement for me, and this one is very nice. The easy-grip, comfortable, wood-look handle and granite finish are a bonus in the style department. This 12" covered skillet that I use when cooking for a crowd easily handles 4 lb of hamburger meat. It can be a bit heavy when full, but a pan this size full of food IS going to be weighty. I love that it does NOT have a second handle because that would take up too much space in the cabinet. I hope to purchase more in a variety of sizes.

D Mast: The ONLY negative is it is heavy. I use a silicone brush to coat the pan with Avocado oil prior to each use. Nothing has stuck to the pan and it is super easy to clean. Food browns, but I have had no problems with food burning. It is nice to fry or sauté food without splattering oil all over the stove top due to the pan depth. I use very little oil; therefore, if you use a large amount of oil, you may have different results. I like the lid for briefly steaming veggies and keeping food warm, but I don't use it every time. The 2 easy pour spouts would be great for pouring, but I haven't had a need for that. I LOVE the lid and pan handles. They are pretty and stay cool. Best pan ever!

GAIL S.: Would have given 5 stars however, the lid doesn't fit very well, but I can't tell why not. The lid looks fine, so I'm guessing that the rim of the frying pan is slightly out. It's not worth returning it, as it will still do the job, but it's still annoying,
