Exploration HSE Advisor: A non-stick 24cm wok with lid is extrely rare; I have found 20cm and 28cm ones are extrely common but 24? No. Don't know why not because 28cm is just too wide on a standard 4 ring hob of 600mm wide. OK, on an electric variant of hob ou can put it over a bit but on a gas hob, you can't use a 28cm and 3 other saucepans without at least one of them falling off.

Thus forced to buy something like this as alternative.

Hve to admit not actually used this model yet but am still using its predessor model. The main reason of buying this brand is that having tried some of the others below £30 price mark, the handle come loose well before the non-stice surface gets worn. So am giving this 4 stars until I finally get to use it.

Essex Suzanne: I would give this frying pan a 10 if I could. It is heavy, cooks evenly and is extremely easy to clean. Very good value for money.

Andrew: Bought to make casseroles on the hob instead of the inefficient oven and without the concerns of a slow cooker with many part to fail at their designed time.

After cooking some bacon for a bacon roll as a first test I failed to turn the heat off as I enjoyed the roll in another room. Coming back to the pan a couple of hours later it didn't look good.
Turned off the the heat and let it cool slowly and once it was just added some cold water and let it sit for a day, I wasn't hopeful. When I came back to it it took very little to remove all signs and it's back to pristine condition. Perhaps the manufacturing process has it reaching higher temperatures than I can give it?

Working nicely now for it's intended purpose.

Katie Scarlett: I ordered this for my daughter in her new apartment. She had super old Teflon pans that were scratched and flaking and have forever chemicals attached to cooking pans like that. I ordered her a few of these pans and they are Amazing. They are non stick and easy to clean but more importantly they provide a healthier product to cook your food in. We both loved this particular brand and decided to replace the rest of the pots and pans with these Specific CAROTE Pots and Pan sets. Then lastly they are so authentic to look and and go beautifully in any kitchen and I love I can get all this in one product and they don't cost an arm and leg like. This is now our go too product for Cookware.

dc-in-md: Pan appears to be well made. Cast aluminum, works well on glass top stove. Quality appears to be very good. A bit smaller then I expected but that's not their fault. Sturdy glass lid with no heat handle. Handle on pan is good and sturdy as well. No heat transfer. Will have to see how non stick coating holds up. Last one lasted over a year and if this one holds up as well, the pan Cost less than 3 dollars a month. Not bad :-)

VGN: The sauce pan is great, just the right size (4.5 qts) for my purposes, the transition between the inner base and wall is smooth and curved nicely so there is no risk of getting food imbedded in the "gutter". The depth is 3.5 inches, the diameter of the mouth is 11.5 inches and the steel outer base fits the bigger burner of my stove. The cover itself had some weight to it but the top handle has a hard protrusion (like a half imbedded nail, the sharp point exposed). I would like this cover replaced. I bought the 6 piece set and later bought the 4.5 qt covered sauce and frying pan. I am happy with the whole set, find the pieces solid and sturdy, elegant, very easy to hand wash, cooks fast with even heat, definitely non stick. I have not had the set long so I do not know how durable or how lasting they are though. I have used the 1.5 qt everyday since I bought the set and still looks new. Not heavy but feels sturdy and solid- and at my age, the none heavy weight is ideal. I highly recommend this brand of cookware and the 5 layer granite coating. If not for the defective cover of the 4.5 qt saucepan, I would give it a 5 star rating.

Ann McMullen: I bought the 10-inch, deep frying pan and use it so often that I just keep it on my stove. As a single person who likes to cook, I find it the perfect size for one or two portions of pasta, ramen, or small batches of soup or stew. It heats well so you can saute meat and vegs and then add other ingredients for a one pot meal. If you want to reheat food on the stovetop instead of in a microwave, this pan is good for that too. The added benefit is that it is tough to burn anything in it as long as there is a little liquid. It's also super easy to clean and unlike some other kinds of non-stick, it can go in the dishwasher, even on the bottom rack. Altogether, a terrific, affordable, lightweight pan!
