MF: The pan was a little smaller than I thought it would be (the flat part is 10 inches in diameter), but it turned out to be perfect for my needs. The handle stays cool. Even the helper handle does not get too hot, but they recommend using pot holders for that. This is not clad cookware and only has a disk bottom, but if you're using it just for sauteing, this shouldn't be a problem. It's heavy enough to feel like it's a good pan, but it's not so heavy that it's a pain to lift with one hand. I think it's a great buy for $50.

Rachel: We've used non-stick pans for ages, but the issue has always been that the non-stick surfaces wears off relatively quickly and the pan needs to be replaced. We finally made the decision to go stainless steel with this pan.
For context - we use a gas stove.
Pros:
It's got good heat distribution, and the size to cook a variety of foods. We've used it for stir fries, cooking meats, and other foods and its held up well so far, with food cooking evenly.
If you follow the instructions provided with the pan, the surface is relatively non-stick (add in fat to a cold pan, heat it up gradually, then cook your food. Also, don't use too high of a temperature).
So far the quality seems good, and it should last us longer than the typical non-stick pan.
Cons:
With regards to cleaning, again if you follow the instructions provided it's relatively straightforward, but it can take longer compared to a non-stick pan. Essentially, for food that's gotten stuck, you need to let it cool, then boil some water (we also add dish soap) in the pan to dislodge the stuck food. It takes about 5-10 minutes of boiling but then it comes right off.
That might be an...

CoCoLatte: Other than the pan being a bit heavy when full of spaghetti sauce, I find my new Cook's stainless fry pan to be a fantastic purchase! It is WAY bigger than I expected it to be, but boy does it prepare food just fantastic! I LOVE it!

JR: Paid $78.58 Cdn. Decent pan, always use a bit of coconut oil and bring it up to heat gradually. East to clean and if any stubborn food, just let it sit in some vinegar.

Amazon Customer: We've now had this for 4 years and now I'm planning to officially make the switch to replacing all our non stick garbage with these. This is very solid and in 4 years it sits as flat as the day I bought it. We've cooked on ceramic and open flame, scraped with whatever was in hand, and the cook surface is as good as the day we bought it.

Nick: Really solid product. Only the bottom is clad, but it's THICK cladding and has good heat distribution. I have a lovely 5-qt enameled cast iron Dutch oven that's perfect for meat sauces and risotto and such, but this pan is usually my go-to for jobs like those because I'm lazy and want the option to toss it in the dishwasher.
Warning: it's probably going to stain in the dishwasher -- that white iridescent frost you've seen in so many pictures will almost certainly be in your pan when you pull it out. That's baked-on detergent, courtesy of your municipality's hard water. A pinch of Barkeeper's Friend and a damp Magic Eraser will take it off with impossible ease. Good as new!

Steve A Carter: I had never considered a 'quality' sauce pan in the past as I had thought the non-stick brands were the way to go. After doing a bit of research on cast iron, stainless steel and carbon steel, it became clear I needed to make the jump. No more Teflon or alternative 'non-stick' pans.
It is very easy to spend a lot more money on higher end stainless steel pots and pans. I do have a decent set of stainless steel pots I have had for about 15 years when we had a gas cooktop, but for whatever reason I never thought about replacing our frying pans. In those fifteen years, we have been through 3-4 frying pans as the Teflon coating eventually wears off. It is also unsettling what is now known about Teflon and even the reformulated PBOA free version is likely not great.
I have now had the chance to cook with this sauce pan a few times and it has been a wonderful addition. It cooks evenly and it's surface has been as non-stick as any Teflon pan I have ever used, as long as you take a few precautions.
Heat the pan without oil is important. Using an appropriate oil is also important. I had always thought olive oil was the way to go, but this is not recommended so I have switched to...

Daniel: Me gusta lo manejable que es en la cocina, lo uso para preparar platillos con muy poco aceite y el resultado es increíble, el sabor no tiene igual, ahora compré una olla de la misma marca,,,,
