Daniel McCall Jr: The pan is easy to clean, spray with dawn power wash and let sit for a little while, after removing any thing that may be stuck on then clean with cameo then rinse and wash with soap and water. Clean with cameo and soap and water before first use.properly cleaned. Cook on low to medium heat.will stay clean and looking new forever if taken care of. I cook and clean like this on all of my stainless steel products.

Sebastian HahnSebastian Hahn: When it arrived, it was warped upwards at the center, causing oil to run to the edges of the pan instead of spreading out equally, and the opposite for heat distribution I guess. Hard to tell about heat since I was making a sauce (pizza sauce, using homegrown tomatos; saute garlic in oil first, before adding the previously blanched tomatoes and spices, and simmering for 30 minutes or so, then cool and puree).

After I cleaned the pan, I took it outside and beat it (thorougly) with a rubber mallet until it seemed flat.

Tested it today ( I made the pizza sauce and used the pan for the first time yesterday), sauteeing some mushrooms (pizza topping). Idk if it's perfectly flat after I "fixed" it, but oil and seemingly heat both spread evenly across the pan now.

It didn't warp back up while sauteeing the mushrooms, so it must've been some manufacturing defect or maybe I recieved someone else's return, idk. Or maybe damaged during shipping.

In any case, I think I'll be pretty happy with it.

Cate Russo: Thought I needed a new 12-inch stainless skillet and found this beauty on sale. Just didn't realize how big and heavy it would be. Live alone now and have grown used to no more than a small or (at most) 10-inch skillet the few times I cook. Wanted something to use for stir frying and liked the idea of the high sides. I'm sure it will work well WHEN I have company and need a monster skillet!! Great quality from Cuisinart.

KBeebe: This is my first stainless steel pan, and it's going to take some getting used to. It's not great for non-stick cooking, but I'm trying to stay away from harmful cookware. It's very heavy duty and a little hard to pick up with one hand when it's full of food. But I'm going to keep it and hope I learn how to cook better with it. I'm struggling right now, but hopeful.

Kathy Kerr: I thought this pan was perfect. Very sturdy and well made. Unfortunately it was a gift for my husband who does most of the cooking and he didn’t like it so I had to return it. I think there was a restocking fee.

Bill J.: Pro: Bought it on sale for reasonable price. Delivery was pretty fast. It looks nice and the size is on the larger side. It's still in good shape after two uses.
Con: Found some radom black spots on the bottom. Not sure if it's the material flaw or the dishwasher detergent is too strong for it.

Michelle: Cuisinart 733-30H I purchased this pan a couple months ago. I opened it with a dent already in the bottom edge. I forced myself to let it go...lol. However the pan has already warped...it's been warped for a bit too. I would like to know if the pan has warranty for such things. I'm regretting not sending it back immediately for the dent. This pan does have pretty good reviews and while I do really enjoy it I was not happy with the initial dent and definitely not happy with the warping.
