I love it because it is deep enough to be a wok. It is large without being overwhelming. It comes with as glass cover.

AsaAsa: I don't like to review products at purchase because that doesn't give me time to truly know the product. Unfortunately, I usually end up forgetting to go back and review. I'm in the market for a full set and stumbled across this familiar pan. I've had it for nearly 2 years, and I can honestly say that it is one of the two best nonstick pans I've owned. I use this pan at least once most days.

Nonstick coating: Arguably the most important thing about this product. The pan started off super slick. Put something on it and it would slide right off. After two years, I can tell that the surface isn't as frictionless as when I purchased it. That said, unlike other pans, I can still cook in this one without oil and without fear of food sticking. I use silicone spatulas and handwash, but otherwise have not babied the pan. It's survived the oven.

Other wear/tear: Minor scratches and scrapes from careless use, but the pan still looks pretty good, all things considered. One thing I'm not sure about is that the center of the pan bottom bows up slightly, so if you put oil in the pan it drifts to the edges. I don't recall if the pan was like that at purchase or became that way over...

Zennyth: I would give this a 4.5 if I could. It replaced my old heritage rock pan and outperforms it in cooking and cleaning. I just wish the handle was strongly riveted on like Heritage does theirs. You have to screw on it yourself, but all supplies are included. Mine started to wiggle after 2 months. Hopefully retightening will take care of that minor issue.

Dale A Terry: I've got to say I Love this frying pan! The pictures in the listing look smaller then actual skillet is when you open the box. It amazingly looks just like a large size iron skillet. It's well made and importantly has a true flat bottom that so far after making pancakes, bacon and eggs, hamburgers, 3 cheese and hamburger dinner and fried pork chops in hasn't warped, burned the food or had food stuck so bad that I had to use a plastic scrapper to scrape it out of the pan with afterward. When hubby cooks he doesn't understand that not everything needs to be cooked on high! The nonstick coating is even over the entire pan and shows no signs so far of peeling, chipping, scratching or bubbling but I threaten everyone with their life if they put any utensils in my pots and pans that aren't wooden, heat resistant plastic or silicone. This baby is bigger then you'd expect and I love the straight sides so no more slopping out food as your stirring it. I swear this pan feels and looks as big as some of my 12 inch chicken fryer skillets. Love that it also has a nice glass lid with silicone covering both the lid knob and the skillet handle although in my opinion they should have also covered...
