Reluctant Shopper: My wife eats keto, sugar and gluten free, etc..etc... and she finds it difficult to find stuff like this to eat. I bought her some and made it for her. It looked good, had a good rise, seemed fluffy (I don't eat keto, gluten free, or sugar free anything, so I did not taste it). Anyway, after all was said and done, she just thought it was so so. Seems obvious to me that it would not taste good. Her pursuit continues.

Courtney Kirk: The cake is not as light and airy as a typical cake mix, but the flavor was good. We'll make this again. I do wish they were a little less expensive.

RDDall: The flavor is very yummy. However, mine turned out very dry, despite the fact that I cut the oven time short. I would maybe try it again one more time, perhaps add sour cream for moistness. But if it’s a fail, I would not purchase again.

mqranch: I made a cake because I didn't have a muffin pan in my RV. I added a lot of pumpkin pie type spices to the mix, otherwise, I think it would have been very bland. However, it has a good cakelike consistency and tasted good with the additional spices. It might have been better as cupcakes than it was as a cake. Just don't overbake! It can be dry.
