sgl: A grrreat gluten-free flour that works so well with some favorite recipes, I almost can’t discern the difference. MAYbe cakes and cookies are a bit more crumbly, but so worth the benefits.

william Wilson: I’ve used this for several things including the waffle recipe and I love it! The flavor is good,not gritty and it doesn’t have a bad flour taste either. The consistency is probably the closest to gluten containing flours I’ve found and everything I’ve used it for has turned out good and more like gluten containing food than most gluten free. The waffle batter for example is thick whereas most gluten free waffle mixes are super runny and hard to work with. It’s also on the cheaper side which makes it even better. I bought this in bulk(case order) the first time I tried it on a whim because I’d heard so many good things about it which is not something I usually do because I’m picky but I’m glad I did because it’s definitely worth it! It’s definitely a regular buy/panty staple for me at this point!

karjee cheng: Since finding out there are celiacs in the family, we have been trying out GF all-purpose flours - about half a dozen different mixes. This is the best of them all. The sourcream chocolate cake made with this is simply divine, as were the chocolate chip cookies, banana teacake, etc.
