Amazon Customer: The recipe for the mix is easy and the cake is nice and dense like pound cake should be. It's moist as well. I added a little fresh lemon juice to the water and a 1/4 tsp of lemon extract to the glaze to give it a little more lemony flavor, but the cake would be fine without it.
