R: This is great for working on my legs, esp for larger muscle groups like hamstring, calves and glutes. If I were to deduct anything it would be that it's a little smaller than most typical foam rollers, (noticeably too small when trying to roll thigh-area) but on the other hand that probably makes it easier to fit in more sizes of microwaves, and easier to travel with. It does take a bit of effort to pry it in half, but it seems to be getting easier to do so as time goes on. Overall, love it, it feels great, but it's definitely a complement to other types of foam rollers, not a do it all replacement.

Annie: Ok I’m writing my review as I’m resting the back of my head/neck on it and it feels amazing especially warmed up.

This is not the same as a normal foam roller... it is way more intense which is exactly what I personally need. If you can’t handle then normal foam roller this may not be good for you.

Today I finally microwaved it - for 3 minutes. This will vary by microwave but I definitely won’t be doing it for more. It feels amazing. Not sure why I waited.

The added heat w the intense roller is such a great combo.

If you like intense massages - I highly recommend this roller.

I still love this heated roller. I have never had issues w it in the microwave and put it in there for 3 min. In the beginning it was definitely difficult to take it apart but over time it is easier and not loose.

Zuny: I needed a new foam roller because my old foam roller had become too soft. Did some research and found the Moji Heated Roller. Heat? OMG. It gets really warm, stays warm and feels so good. It does hurt a bit. Rolling does. And this roller is kind of aggressive. It's pretty hard. But still, HEAT! Taking one star away because I'd like it just a little softer.

Anna Lewis: I am a rock climber, and so I often find my back, shoulder, and neck muscles stiff & tight. I have used other rollers in the past that don't seem to do much, but the MojiHeat roller is fantastic. The rubber outer coating keeps the roller from sliding out from under you while you are using it, and the heat component adds relaxation & comfort for the muscles. I felt my back relax after using this product, and definitely plan on using it as part of my training regimen for rock climbing! My fiance and I also took the roller on a climbing trip out of town, and also found that it it is compact and packs well!

fawn h: I am an occupational therapist and a personal trainer. I regularly use foam rollers and recommend them to my patients/clients. When I received my MojiHeat Heated Roller I invited my physical therapy friends to try it with me. We heated it up and all tried using it for massage and self-myofascial release of various muscles. We were very satisfied with this product! It is just the right size and stays warm a long time. We also liked that it split in half so two of us could try it at the same time. I really enjoy resting the back of my thigh on a foam roller to release my hamstring and aid my flexibility. The warmth generated by the MojiHeat made this process even more effective. I would even enjoy taking this product on ski trips for a good quadriceps recovery mode. I'm a big fan and recommend this product to anyone who wants to feel better.
