Precise Disarray: Love barley. I will buy and eat in any form, but the "quick barley" is fantastic for ease of prep. Nice option to tuck away as part of long term prepper pantry. Once cooked, tastes good hot or cold. Can be used in both savory applications as well as sweet. Freezes really well too!

I usually just buy this at the store, but lately it hasn't always been available. I saw it here in a case, and figured I would go for it. I don't worry about best by dates on this as I have used barley I have forgotten about years past the date without issue.
