Victoria Barajas: Tastes great. I cook these in an instant pot for 1.5 hours and keep for breakfast during the week. Cost is a little high, so I will price around, but they taste good.

Rola: I made a search on this and went ahead for it. It helps lower blood pressure and stabilize my cholesterol. I soaked 1lb of the grains in half a gallon of water, and allowed to soaked for two days, I started drinking from it in the morning and night before going to bed, I was blown away with the results not knowing it helps shed weigh. Within 2 weeks of drinking and replacing the water, I was able to loose 5lbs. Besides, this is health wise a organic grains. Give it a try.

HD: Just looking at the barley you can tell its of very high quality. I can see no pits or stones anywhere in the product. Its packaged wonderfully and arrived promptly. The package is filled well too, worth the money.

Mr anonymous: Fantastic product, must be pre soaked the night before if you eat raw as I do as it can cause some bloat and discomfort if you don’t. This will then blend up with the pre soaked oat groats perfectly for an amazingly nutritious plant based meal.
