Primasole Green Foam Roller for Yoga and Exercise

AlexJouJou: We use this for a variety of reasons - sometimes for yoga, sometimes for relaxation and stretching and meditation, and other times for exercise uses. It is a solid item - fairly sturdy. I'm only about 129 lbs and have no issues with the level of support I get. It's very long - much longer than a regular foam roller so know that going in. However, it's great is you want support from top to bottom (as opposed to just around your back or middle and such).

No issues with smell, staining, etc.

Jeeves Reads Romance: This is just like the one at my physical therapist's office, and with the pandemic, that's a huge plus! I visited the physical therapist several times over the fall for neck/shoulder/back issues, and he had me using a roller that was just like this to help stretch out my back and shoulder muscles. You can DEFINITELY feel the stretch, and it's a great product to incorporate into your routine. Since the infection numbers started going back up, I've been doing my stretches at home, and this was a simple, inexpensive item to add into the rotation. It functions well and holds up to a lot of motion. My husband and I have both used it with no trouble, and the look on his face when he tried it for the first time was priceless, lol. Highly recommended.

Mido: This roller is great. It turns out that I don't like yoga rollers, but I can tell this would be good if I did. It's a perfect hardness, with a slight give, so it's not like rolling over concrete, and your vertebrae are not hurt as you roll. It's nearly a meter high, if you stand it up.

Rhonda M.: Unlike all of the other reviewers, I found this roller rather hard and uncomfortable. It came with no instructions/exercises as others have noted it did. As someone who is only 5’3” tall and has an extremely short torso, I found the circumference to be too great to comfortably use for back stretching. The length is great and the firmness is ok for massaging my long legs, but not for neck, back, etc. Although the cover is nice, as someone else noted, the seams are not comfortable when you roll over them. Overall, given the great quality and cheap price, I would recommend it to taller individuals who are looking for an ultra firm/hard roller. Personally, it was just too big and hard for me.

Jess O'Hara: This is a fantastic, firm roller. It is a long size and very dense. The cover on it is high quality and easy to clean. I got this for our pediatric patients to have a long option in clinic. I’ve used it myself several times and it does a great job and compares to our other “big brand” offerings for a fraction of the price.

I liked this so much I bought one for my step father! Highly recommended!
