Buckerou: Our office had three desk chairs with broken wheels. One was even missing a wheel. Every time I would ask, I would get we are getting new chairs. Yeah when is that? So I found these on Amazon and placed and order for two sets. I mean for the low price of around $20 we could have chairs that would roll again. So I ordered them. They were delivered quickly and fit perfect. Matter of fact, they look like the originals. Everyone was so happy to have chairs that actually rolled again. They are a great affordable replacement.

Elamot: The thing, to me, about these casters is that they are the exact duplicate of the OEM casters on my chair. They install easily and perfectly, work as one would hope they would, and come at a price that is most agreeable. They come neatly packaged in a box and arrive in a timely. A simple transaction the end of which leaves me a happy camper!

Purple Rabbit: I ordered these for an office chair I bought at a thrift store that had 2 broken wheels. The new ones fit perfectly (the size is as advertised). I took off one star because they aren't very smooth. It's really nothing to complain about - they roll well enough, but I've sat in chairs that had smoother wheels. However, these were only $10, so for the price, I would buy them again.
