Premium Adjustable Hand Gripper: GD Hand Grip Exerciser Strengthener for Wrist and Forearm Strength Training

Name Dropper: Primarily, I am happy with this because it is the only one out of 5+ adjustables I have tried on Amazon that seems to be calibrated more or less accurately.

I got this to help fill gaps with my captains of crush set (pretty much gold standard) and it is not only seems to match pretty much exactly at the COC 50lb and 100lb marks but all the others I have tried are laughably off the mark.

It is ergonomically comfortable and so far feels solid. There is a lot of plastic molding that makes me wonder how long it would hold up but feels higher quality and no signs of problems so far, but I am making a point to keep it away from sun and heat. Will update if it becomes a problem.

Of note, this appears to be an update (improvement?) of a previous model as several pictures show an obviously different design and the problems it had.

Jordan Heinrich: I am very pleased with this grip trainer! I had a different brand that I used for months but it snapped apart on me - so I was looking to get something more durable, and that is definitely the case for this product.

It adjusts from a range of quite easy to squeeze, all the way to quite difficult to squeeze -therefore it is a good product for people of all sizes and strengths.

I have used this for about a week now - probably a couple hundred squeezes per day when I'm driving in my truck to and from work, but I can tell this is high quality material and will last for a long, long time. Will update if something changes.

S Gibson: It would be nice if they put a non-slip rubber on the other handle as well, but they work well and although my hands are not huge they just fit and are comfortable, easy to change the pressure.

LawLaw: My legs have gotten ahead of my grip strength. I can barely hold onto 300+ lbs when dead lifting. So I needed to increase my grip strength. I looked at those old school ones you see in movies where the head exec is squeezing one while yelling on the phone and chewing gum. But then I realized, once my strength improved, I would have to buy a new one. That's when I started to look for an adjustable grip trainer and landed on this one. It has been exactly what I needed.

I sit at my desk reading e-mails or watching videos, I try to get each arm to 100 reps as fast as possible. Once it becomes easy, I adjust the tension by spinning the cap on the front. This thing has insane tension, it's no joke. I can't even come close to the max weight at this time. The other cool feature is the grip adjustment. As your increase the tension, it moves the grip around, so you spin the metal wheel and adjust the grip to exactly where you need it. It's a very well thought out design. It's a very sturdy build, and I have a feeling this is going to be on my desk for years. I am hoping one day to get to the max level for 10 reps in a row with each arm.

BS FreeBS Free: I like this quite a bit. The adjustable tension range is perfect for my 58 year old needs. Certainly did not need the more expensive dual spring heavy duty model by the same company. I wish the squeeze range was a little longer for my XL glove size hands . Has minor lateral deflection when squeezing but likely not a problem as it appears well built by design. Pics show zero squeeze and full squeeze with correlation to XL glove size hand.

Client d'AmazonClient d'Amazon: Le ressort a une grande résistance. J’apprécie que les mesures soient en Lbs mais aussi en kg. Cependant ce n’est pas extrêmement précis et il est parfois difficile de savoir la mesure exacte.
Je pense aussi que la molette de réglage de charge se dérègle pendant l’utilisation. Il faut donc penser à l’ajuster pendant les exercices.

Nicolò Santambrogio: Ho navigato parecchio per cercare un buon GRIP e ne ho visti di tutti i colori e prezzi, parlando poi anche con persone che li usano mi hanno confermato che tutti gli altri dopo 1 mese o più a seconda dell'uso si rompono. Questo è di ottima fattura, solido e con una molla incastrata all'interno che non ha possibilità di rompere il GRIP, inoltre la regolazione è molto potente....si arriva ad un livello che ci vogliono mesi e mesi prima di poter GRIPPARE una forza pari a 70kg !! Spendete quei 15 euro in più ma non ve ne pentirete.

Timothy Parker: I've had my GD Grip Ultra 70 exerciser for a little more than 6 years. It is very durable. I especially like how the grip handles stay parallel throughout the exercise. Both the resistance and the grip size are adjustable. The front black knob adjusts the resistance while the silver wheel adjusts the grip size.

When the front knob is turned, the spring compression is changed, changing the resistance and moving the bolt forwards or backwards. That also moves the silver wheel the same distance which changes the grip width, which then must be readjusted. For instance, if the front black knob is adjusted 1/2 turn clockwise to increase resistance, that moves the bolt forward and compresses the spring. Then the silver wheel must also be turned 1/2 turn in the same direction to maintain the same grip width as before. Otherwise, increasing the resistance will decrease the grip width making it generally easier, while decreasing the resistance will increase the grip width which makes it generally more difficult. So, the key is to turn both the front knob and the silver wheel the same amount and in the same direction to keep the grip width the same while changing the...
