Odiex: I've tried calling Ozeri. Their was no one to answer the phone and their voicemail was full. I have tried customer support from their website page. Two days later I have received no response. I'm really disappointed because I was looking to buy more of their products.

Charles Michener: This is the best nonstick pan I've ever owned and that includes All-Clad, Cuisinart and other far more expensive ones. The prince is unbelievable when you think of, say, Scanpan's 8" fry pan, which retails for $99.95 on Amazon and is greatly inferior. The Ozeri pan's virtues include good balance for easy flipping, light weight, perfectly flat bottom and a nonstick finish that needs a minimum of fat (1/4 tsp for a fried egg). It virtually washes itself (a spray of hot water will do it) and fits nicely in the dishwasher. I use it mainly for eggs (makes a perfect omelet) and small quantities of vegetables. The lid is a great bonus.

dory: I've had a few of these NOT this company and from now on I'll only order from this company as it has the best non stick fry pan I've used. I do have a very expensive one that is also excellent and I'll say that this one from OZERI is of the same quality. NOTHING sticks...NOTHING.
