I had originally purchased these to make fried and salted moong dal snacks… that didn’t turn out so well. But just soaking these overnight and then cooking them the next day in a broth with fresh garlic, oh my gosh, I could eat this every day. I’m looking forward to finding more recipes to try, with this extremely flavourful bean.

This is good quality. The last bag I bought which was another brand, when I washed it in water there was heavy leaching of yellow color from the beans, that did not bode well at all. This stuff is fine, tastes good, thanks.
