Kati C. Valente: I love lentil soup, it's healthy for you, especially if you're vegetarian. Add lots of veg a little olive oil and water and simmer till lentils are soft. Add oregano, salt and a bay leaf for extra flavor ....delicious, very filling and good for you.

Sonu: I love purchasing Goya dal on amazon. Very flavorful and clean. I prefer amazon over Indian grocery store because of the size of this package. Indian store doesn't carry small package like this and I use little dal so this is great. Price is great as well.
