Lillian M. Matthews: Grew up eating lentils regularly, but never had the pleasure of trying the Black Beluga lentils as a child. These are great lentils with outstanding flavor and texture. I often cook them plain and use them for salads and bowls. They cook fairly quickly and are particularly delicious with a simple French Vinaigrette. Highly recommend this brand.
