D. D. Perkins: I buy crystallized ginger up to two times a month. I believe it does have some effect arthritis, pain and fibromyalgia pain. This product has chewy, moist chunks of ginger rather than flat slices of ginger and other products. The flat slices do not have as much ginger fibers in them because they’re cut short I think the fibers remain in these larger, chunky pieces, which does kind of cause a decrease in the mouth feel of this product plus I have to take the fibers out of my teeth so I’d like this product it’s not bad it’s just not perfect for me, but I will be ordering it again perhaps to give us gifts or use as flavoring for tea or lemonade drinks

Kindle Customer: Addicted to ginger and these are so good. A chewy gummy with a strong ginger flavor. Love these and will order again. While most were fresh and chewy, a few of them in the large bag seemed to have a harder "rind" feel which was difficult to eat. So 4.5 stars!
