J.: The candied ginger comes bagged in small squares. That's how I like it. You can choose to cut it into smaller bits if you prefer. I use it in many sweet and savory types of food. Or just pop a square in my mouth. Yum! I bought the 1 lb. bag since it's less expensive that way. It's also certified organic.

SuziBWritin: I wasn't sure about ordering this ginger "candy". Always hard to tell by mail order. But this is lovely ginger, cut into bite-sized chunks, coated with crystalized sugar and it is delicious. I have one or two pieces as an occasional after-dinner snack. Keeps the craves down for something sweet and of course, helps with digestion.
