Eileen Keymel: This crystalized ginger has been consistently good. The packaging keeps it fresh after opening. All the pieces are edible, not like some brands that the pieces are so hard and fibrous they are like eating wood. The slices are consistent and generally a soft texture. Plus they taste good!

my last order was very pleased. This last order the gingers was hard and non chewable. I don't think I'll be buying this particular product again.

Bridgette77: As a person who suffers from multiple digestive and stomach issues, I purchased this bag, as raw ginger does not last quite as long. I absolutely love this stuff, and have to pace myself, so I don’t eat too much! It’s hard to do, because it is so delicious. It is very easy to chew, very moist, and exceeded my expectations, and what I wanted it to do! I will be purchasing this again. Hopefully before my bag runs out. I am also trying other products as well.
