Debbiespag: The “best before” date on my product packaging was 3/1/2020. The day I received my product was 3/2/2020. They’re still chewy enough, but basically “old”. This brand was more “sugared” than another I’ve tried, but overall I would say it was okay.

Much variation in thickness and fibrous texture between slices, which for us was a plus, because SWMBO likes thin and tender, and I like thick and chewy.
Lots of ginger for a really good price.
