Ulate: El producto se ve de muy buena calidad, tiene excelente sabor, el único problema es que no dice si es cocinado, porque de ser así pierde todos los beneficios para la flora intestinal, pregunté al proveedor si era cocinado y me dijo que aparecía que no era pasteurizado. Pero no me queda claro si. No es cocinado, por eso le doy 4 estrellas

Rafaela M. Orozco-Newton: Tastes good, so I'ma eat it anyway, but the lid wasn't fully sealed when I got it. Not a big deal as real sauerkraut keeps well, and all the liquid was still in it, except for a tiny bit in the plastic bag. I think it came open in shipping or something. Anyway, better wrapping for shipment would be good. And this is, I think a mfgr problem, not an Amazon problem; the bag was very thin, and the bubble wrap around it was super thin.
