Dana: After trying a few probiotics without success I came across Kiefer thru a conversation with a person who uses this. I am so very glad I listened-
Kiefer does not make my stomach hurt does not fill with gas - I feel good sort of clean when I drink this. The taste is good and texture is smooth like heavy cream. I do not drink every day I use Kiefer 3 times a week- this keeps good bacteria happy. Try it!!
