Laurie J.: Not only is this grainy and not like flour but it doesn't taste like any other brown rice flour I have used before. I never dreamed it would be so different. It doesn't thicken like flour and I will not be able to use it with my normal recipes. I now have 5 pounds of something that I don't know how I will use! I don't like writing a bad review but this is simply not what you are looking for, not powdery like brown rice flour is supposed to be!

Steve: This is quality BRF, I’m sure it tastes the part, because it def has the smell and BRF texture that I EXPECT. The quality seems to be there, no leakage in bags so that’s a plus!! Haven’t baked with it, I’m using it for gourmet mushroom substrate. Texture doesn’t matter, but quality sure does.

LRR: The peanut taste is pretty good but much less intense than others. For my purposes the flavour was not intense enough.It’s not a fine texture but depending on how you use it that may not matter.

sutharsan: I really like this. I purchased it to make my own deodorant and it's amazing. It's also great in soups....its better than cornstarch in my personal taste opinion.
