Download now and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your devices are safe and secure.K.O.: I have had Norton on my computer for over 20 years. No doubt Norton has the biggest share of the anti-virus security market in US. All my friends have it. It must be doing a great job. However, I have observed that with this dominance status, Norton is being manipulative. There are constant aggressive marketing style unleashed to loyal customers. A good example is the VPN. VPN would block all searches on Google, AT&T, Bank websites, etc. Ultimate goal is to have one download Norton browser. In addition, Norton manipulates customers into buying proxy services. It would be easy to have these proxy services programmed into Deluxe, Premier or Ultimate Anti-virus software. Instead, Norton markets these separately. It is annoying to be constantly reminded that companies are selling your credentials, drivers are out of date, etc, etc

Smogman2Smogman2: Norton has protected every PC that I or my immediate family have ever owned. In a little over 26 years, I've had only 2 issues, both of which were many years ago, and quickly fixed by downloading a patch from Norton. I've never needed to call customer service so I can't speak to that. Both of my issues were resolved via self-service, and as I recall, the fix was quick and easy. Over the years Symantec has made great strides in making the Norton group of products much easier to use and understand. The current edition is like a one-and-done solution that requires little, if any interaction from the user, but don't let the simple user interface fool you, this software gives you stout protection against the latest and greatest security risks out there. As far as I can tell, Norton stays on top of their game, and I've never had to think twice about any security warnings in the news or any other source for that matter. I've installed it on PCs for my parents, elderly neighbors, my mother-in-law, my aunt, several friends, and 10 or so, PCs at work. It's easy enough to use that pretty much anyone able to surf the web will be able to use it, most likely with no problems. In a nutshell,...

MADPWR: This review is for Norton 360 Deluxe (5 Devices). I have been using Norton products for as long as I have had a computer. I have never had any issues or problems with their products or the devices that their software has run on. In all the professional reviews I read every year when I go to renew my service, I always see Norton ranked as the best.
I have used other brands over the years on other people's or companies' computers, including McAfee, Kaspersky, and Windows Defender. The only one I ran into real issues with was McAfee. The Kaspersky had worked great, but it's hard to recommend them based on their location and government concerns. Windows Defender seems to have come a long way, and it is a viable option. However, Norton equals or surpasses it in each of the various protection categories, so I find the cost well worth it go with Norton.
I use Norton on my desktop PC, laptop, and Android phones. I have only used their VPN service (which is included) a little bit. Their VPN seems to be rated decently, and it is listed as trusted. This is important since it has come out over recent years that some of the biggest VPN turned out to be in shady locations or...

LMG: I’ve been using Norton on my PCs for many, many years and have always found it to be dependable. However, the last few years the upsell pop-ups are increasingly annoying and sometimes come back even after you click on the ‘don’t show again’ link. I will still continue to use it though. They tend to taper off after about six months in.
One piece of advice - don’t let it automatically renew before you check the renewal price as it’s usually a higher price than you get on the open market, especially on Amazon. They make you register a credit card now for auto-renewal but just make sure you cancel it before your expiration date.
