amarie54: I had no issues installing this to my old computer windows 7!!! I usually have all kinds of issues with installing products. Not Webroot...so far so good!

Reasonable Girl: This product constantly uninstalls on devices. Have to keep reinstalling it. Good for pc or laptop but not for phone or tablet.

Bob: I have been using this product for many years, each time buying it from Amazon. The product is very good and I have no problems with it. This year, there was no Buy Now button. The web page says that I bought it last year, which is true. So, how am I supposed to renew the subscription if there is no Buy Now button?
So, I tried contacting Amazon customer support via chat. I tried to explain that the web page for the item says I have bought it before and there is no "Buy Now" button. But, there is an "Add To Cart" button. My concern was that if I added it to the cart and successfully managed to pay for it, would I get a new keycode? If not, then I would be wasting my money.
Another possibility is that perhaps Amazon's policy has changed and they only offer this product to new customers. But, more likely it is a bug with the website. I asked to escalate the issue, but apparently there is no escalation policy. It looks like Amazon has no interest in its customers reporting bugs. Maybe they are perfect and they don't have bugs...
