Really like the radio, but after about 4 months the flip up "reading light" on top of the radio refused to shut off when folded down. E-mailed the company (info@runningsnail.com.cn) and got an immediate response from "Kiki" who explained the potential cause and provided a full refund.
Would definitely recommend the product and company behind it.

UPDATE; after contacting the seller they are resolving the issue. Doesn’t charge at all. I had it plugged in for two weeks. We now have a a tropical storm coming and I don’t have radio to depend on. Crank or solar charge does not work. Useless in an emergency

I purchased this weather radio for the weather channels and could only receive 2 channels which I could not understand due to reception. Followed all steps to receive reception but none improved reception. All other functions worked but I only purchased this for weather channels.
Returned product.
