SJ: Been using this radio for over a year in my car. I keep it on the dash, no problems. I do a lot of driving, so I will use it for the Weather Band reports to get a quick update on any severe weather coming in while I am driving or just an overview of the week ahead. It is durable and loaded with useful features. Multiple flashlights, solar panel, hand crank and emergency siren and power bank charging capabilities are all things you that could be very useful in many emergency situations. It is well worth the money.

Terri L. Faust: Item is a great value for the money. Easy instructions for initial set-up. The radio has a USB port for electronic charging, and can be hand-cranked to charge if household power is lost. Multifunctional. Here in Florida we are entering the peak of hurricane season 2023 and a radio like this is essential to have as part of your preparedness kit. I highly recommend this item.

Alexandria: I don't think I could have made a better purchase than this and crank radio. Luckily we have not had to use it for an emergency but so happy to have it in case we do you can use it as a flashlight, charge your phone, listen to the weather, and a few other functions that are just handy handy handy. I've recommended this to all my friends and family to get one as we all need it.

Gigi: I bought this 3 weeks ago and within the first week we had a power outage. It worked great. When our power came back on I charged it using the USB cable provided then I put it back in the box and decided to give it to our daughter and purchase another one for us. I gave it to my daughter and showed her all the features and I noticed it needed charging so I charged it again using the USB cord that came with the radio But it’s not charging fully. It is only charging to 50%. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m going to try using a different USB cable. If that doesn’t work I’m going to return it for a replacement or refund. I will update about this one and the one that I just ordered. I hope it will get a full charge. I really like it! The light is great! It gets good reception and when I used it the hand crank did charge it but I’m not going for a half charge and have to crank it the other 50 percent right from the start. Will update soon.

S. Jackson: I needed a slightly larger replacement for a previous solar/windup radio that stopped working. It is mainly used in my greenhouse and whilst gardening. Fits the bill perfectly with a more volume than its predecessor. The sound quality is perfectly acceptable…not ‘tinny’ or ‘buzzy’. Obviously it’s not going match a Pure digital radio for sound or features. But then again, it’s not going to chew through batteries at a rate of knots. Furthermore, the crank handle is easier to use being longer than on the old radio.

Vicki Pauvif: Highly recommend. Used the torch and recharger when power went off. Charger is not super fast but did the job.
