Maxx: It's good quality bacon, but more or less conventional in flavor. It doesn't really evoke a powerful scent or flavor of maple.

Diamant Rose: This bacon really taste good. I normally can not consume bacon that is not from the farm but I’m able to eat this with no problem. These pigs were definitely pasture raised and not fed corn or soy. This is one of the only brands on the market that I can consume without having an allergic reaction. I love fatty bacon and this brand is very fatty. I’m assuming they treat these pigs well since the quality and taste is so satisfying. This is my favorite brand of bacon. I never thought there would be a brand of bacon at the supermarket that would equate bacon from the local farm but this brand is top notch not to mention it’s gluten free. If you suffer from allergies give this brand a try.

Amber S: Nitrates trigger migraines for me, so I can only enjoy nitrate-free bacon, and just as an occasional treat. This is one of the best I’ve tried. The maple flavor is subtle and blends well with the smokiness of the meat. I wish it was less salty, but that’s a personal preference more than a complaint. Obviously bacon is supposed to have a considerable amount of fat, but many pieces of this were majority-fat, i.e. mostly fat with just a little meat. For the high price, I would have liked to see a greater ratio of meat to fat.
