RH: One of my go to kitchen faves, especially for baking. Also nice in hot milk at bedtime if you have trouble sleeping. Expensive when compared to standard supermarket essences, but in this case you get what you pay for in terms of quality, so it’s worth the investment.

Starwalker: Although there are many cheaper 'vanilla essences' out there, this is Real Deal, not a chemical substitute. The company has been making this genuine vanilla bean essence for over 100 years.

The Wild Olive: So happy the price of vanilla has dropped from sky high. I missed my beloved NM vanilla. When prices were crazy high and I needed some, I bought a bottle of Kirkland. It worked in a pinch, but the flavor and aroma of NM vanilla are noticeably much, much better! In fact, I was shocked how much better it is. NM is worth the spend!
