Marc Marchand: I’m a little torn on writing this review. This is my 3rd Nicrew light I have purchased. The first was the 18”-24” fresh water light. I loved it is beautiful and bright. Then I needed to replace a tube light in my crescent aquarium and the light was really disappointing and dim. I bought a 36” for my saltwater tank and it’s okay, but the 18” definitely out performs it on the brightness of the blue lights… a little disappointed with the main purpose was the blue light for my corals. So an okay product but I wish all of their lights performed as well as the 18”.

L Smith: Edit 8/14/23: Nicrew saw my comment and reached out to me. The lights actually have a 1 year warranty. It ended up being the controller was bad and they are replacing it.

I currently have 3 of these lights running. 2 on 55 gal aquariums and 1 on a 120. The 2 smaller ones have operated flawlessly for several years so I ordered the biggest one they had in Sept. Of 22. It's Aug of 23 and looks like the power supply has failed on it. I didn't realize they only had a 30 day return or warranty. Debating if I'm going to try this one again.

Madison: I've been looking for. A good budget light for my 20g planted tank and this is perfect. I've had it a couple months now and it's perfect. I use the built in timer and it has kept time perfect and I love the slow turn on/off. I keep snails and neocaradina and it has made a difference in their behavior since the light doesn't just turn on with full brightness and scare them. The plants in the tank are growing faster than ever now and the surface floaters are happy too! It's taken some splashing everytime I clean the tank and the water hasn't affected it at all. I keep the blue light on the lowest brightness and I haven't had an algae outbreak at all! I'm super happy with this light and with I'd found it when I first set up the tank last year!

Sze Wan: the lighting has a easy to use timer and the light is not hard to adjust. I just hope it won't break easily.
