Natural Weight Loss Supplement for Accelerated Fat Burning

Ms.Young: To start out, I took 1 pill 3 times a day for 3 days then increased it to 2 pills 3 times a day. They are kind of big but easy to swallow. The first week I used these, the first things I noticed was a decrease in appetite and a burp that usually happened a little while after I took the pills. Also, during that first week, I didn't work out and although my appetite was decreased, when I did eat, I made poor food choices. Junk food, fast food, etc. When I weighed myself after that week, I didn't gain or lose any weight :-/. I knew I had to make changes to see change because these aren't magic pills to help you lose weight if you don't change your lifestyle. So, I cut back calories (like 1,000 calories and start calorie counting), threw out the bad and bought good, healthy food, and started working out everyday (I just did home workouts from Pinterest but made sure it was at least 30 minutes). Laura M: I check reviews, sellers' websites, and ingredients before I purchase, and this product seemed to be the best. Price is better and the quality of product influenced me also. I've started taking them, and notice more energy and longer duration when I'm active. I've always had difficulty with weight loss, and this seems to help. Definitely worth trying!
Update 12-14-16 - Amazon requested I add to my note, and normally I wouldn't, but this product IS working. I am so happy that after many many years, I've found something natural that helps. The company's customer service was awesome, and Amazon has also tried to help me whenever I've had a problem - which is rare. I do my best to research before I buy because I hate returning things, but the few times I've had to call them, they've always been helpful. Love this company, it's product, and Amazon! Oh - and no, I was not paid to say this, nor did I get anything discounted or free.

D. Klipper: I am a 63 year old female who is in month #2 of a fitness membership. I spend between 1.5-2 hrs. and do a complete body cardio and strength training. I LOVE lifting weights and already I am feeling stronger, have muscles showing up! I have researched supplementation for supporting my energy and goals. I like to keep things simple, natural and I don't "fall" for most of the hype of muscle building supplements and fat burning. I also do not want the side effects of the stimulants found in many of the products. I have narrowed down to the most basic of needs based on my research: Whey protein, BCAA's, Creatine, glucose and CLA's. I just received my CLA's from Eukonic and the packaging is very sleek and attractive, the quantity is impressive as there wasn't 2 inches of cotton stuffed in the bottle. All product! As I am a brand new user, I do not know how effective CLA's will be in my goal to increase my metabolism and burn fat, but I am optimistic about how the Eukonic folks represent their product. Seems factual, research based and no phony baloney hype. I will update my review in a month with my progress and if these CLA's work, I will be a lifetime...

Cynthia S.: I've been taking CLA for about 3 months. Prior to taking it, I weighed 22 pounds more than what I currently weigh. I take 2 or 3 CLA tablets in the morning and on lunch, if I can remember. I work out about 4-5 days a week, cardio and weight training. I had been trying for about 1 year to lose weight but nothing worked. My daughter read about CLA and suggested we buy it to try. So far, I'm very happy with the results. Whether or not my weight loss is directly related to CLA, I don't know but I just purchased another bottle to be on the safe side. I also know that CLA is an important substance for your body which is hard to get from a nutritional standpoint. I've tried other supplements to no avail, and I can genuinely say that CLA is a great product but I would also recommend using it with an exercise program to hasten the results. I am also super happy to say that now that I'm losing fat, my muscle definition is more pronounced. I see a lot more definition on my arms and chest and all over as do co-workers. This stuff is definitely worth a try. It works for me and I'm still taking it.
