Customer 101: Light enough to carry round in my back back as I work in outdoors. Very sharp and quick to saw through 3-4 inch branches in seconds. Can cut through much bigger 6 inch branches but not as easily and a little more time consuming. Has cut through plastic easily with specific changeable blade. I haven't tried the metal blade yet. Blades are quick and easy to change. Nice carrying pouch included which holds folded saw and spare blades nicely. Blades are slightly flexible, but does not noticeable in use, so not a problem and probably helps the longevity of blades as prevents them breaking under stress. Easy to fold and unfold. Really pleased with this purchase.

Carlengland: I have a 10" Silky, and liked the versatility of this similar design. I was surprised at the size, blade is 8 1/4", not 7 1/2". It feels like a great size in hand, balanced, substantial. I love the versatility of the three blades, and the pouch, as I specifically got it for a utility saw in my tool bag. Yet I am confused why the metal blade would be ground to cut on the PUSH stroke, rather than PULL, like any sensible blade would be that is not anchored on both ends like a conventional standard metal frame hacksaw?!? Obviously cutting metal on the push stroke with a thin blade 8" long blade not anchored on both ends, calls for tedious care to avoid buckling the blade. Please explain why this way to me.

Chuck: I was weary about buying this because the price was much lower than the well known makes but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find this is excellent quality at this price point and even higher. It's far better than I expected. The pruning blade cuts easily thru green or dry wood. I haven't tried out the other blades but I'm sure they will be as good at doing what they are designed to cut. It opens and closes with ease and no play in the mechanism. The blade are firm enough for my purposes and very sharp. M only concern is no replacement blades are available but blades for most makes are as costly as the buying the saw so at this price point I would buy this again unless blades become available at a reasonable price. I will be using to prune lower tree branches in the yard and take on hikes in the woods. The grip is good...no issues holding into the saw while cutting. I will be wearing grip gloves too to protect my hands and fingers. If you have a limited budget and looking for a decent entry level foldable saw I highly recommend this. You will not be disappointed.

Dax: I was looking for a small folding backpack saw, and this one was on sale. Figured Mossy Oak was a well-known brand, so I gave it a shot. Comes with blades for wood, plastic, and metal, in a handy pouch. Blade change isn't too difficult, and the tension thumbscrew can remain captive during a blade change, so there's minimal chance of it getting lost. It will work well for sawing, but don't be tempted to think it can double as a machete - it's tough, but not that tough. Good value for the price.
