Rob Magee: I bought the 7inch version to have in my backpack while hiking. We have trails around me that tend to get trees down on a regular basis. I have used it frequently and it really does a great job. Not too heavy. Easy to pack and easy to use. I was cutting branches off fallen trees up to 6" in diameter with very little effort. Smaller branches, ridiculously easy. I highly recommend this saw.
