The Great Abyss: Great quality materials and construction. Looks like it will last. The small valve control levers are pretty small. Concerned that my wife will find them too hard to manipulate. If so, ill have to firm a tool to increase leverage.

Kenneth C. Davis: This nozzle set was much better than the one it replaced. I didn't expect this one to have the mounting bracklet on the back to provide extra support. All in all this is an excellent product. Very well designed and thought out. I would certainly but this again.

Allan Sieker: Tried others that had plastic on the valve handles and the plastic would break off in a couple of years. No plastic on these. The valve handles can be a bit hard to turn, so I keep pliers handy. Fair trade off for longevity. Maybe that plastic was added to make the handles easier to turn - more leverage. Maybe I should have kept the old one and lived with it... Oh, well.. Too late now...

Sal L: All brass construction where it counts; body and valves. Comes with spare washers which is great. Definitely better quality that the cheapie stuff available at big box stores, and better price than the "fancy" garden centers.

Easy to install and use. I use teflon tape on the threaded ends but not necessary if you can tighten correctly. I dont use wrench because I'm afraid to warp the screw on end on my hoses, rather use teflon and hand tighten.

Useful tip. At the end of the season I soak the manifold in vinegar or CLR to remove any mineral built up and keep valves moving smoothly.

Happy Grinder: I used the tap splitter for connecting to my hot water valve in the garage. It provides hot water to my laundry tub valve in the garage. It also connects hot water to a spray nozzle on the laundry tub. Another connection is for hot water for hosing down garage floor. the 4th. connection is for blending hot and cold water. All other water manifolds sold elsewhere have plastic parts on them. Plastic should not be on hot water fittings. The plastic shut-off "fitting" is often made of plastic and softens in hot water service. They are very hard to turn and require pliers to turn which tends to chew off the plastic shut-off valve.
