John H. Zimmerman: This review is for the High Pressure Water Hose Nozzle, Metal Body version. Purchased this item to replace an older, similar nozzle from a different manufacturer. A couple of years ago purchased two of those, and recently I could not get one of them to stop leaking where the nozzle attaches to the hose. Tried replacing several different washers, but to no avail. Found this item on amazon and decided to take a chance. First impressions: Comfortable to hold; Positive 'click stops' for the 8 different spray patterns selection; Two methods to control the pressure of the flow: the small round knob, and the handle (squeeze gently for lower pressure, pull fully for maximum pressure); This nozzle affords a higher pressure than my older nozzles, possibly because the older ones have some type of limiter built in. Incidentally, the handle on this nozzle has a 'hair trigger', that is, it only takes a slight pull on the handle to start the water flowing. The metal body should go along way in keeping it durable. Finally, it has a great price point for all of its features. What more could you want in a garden hose nozzle?
