myra: I bought this three months ago and today only one spigot works. Switching between the two sides required a pair of pliers, too tight of a space and my little fingertips could not move those rubber "handles" that turn the spigots on and off. The day my review posted here about it breaking, the company contacted me offering a FULL REFUND and apology for my trouble with the item. I was floored. What a GREAT company!
I just bought another splitter from them, but this time the configuration is different and the handles are much bigger and more on the outside, Much easier to use and hopefully will have a long life.

Suzanne McGuire: This came with an extra washer plus plumber's tape which is a plus though I didn't need the tape but may in the future. Installed it onto my water spigot plus the 2 soaker hoses and everything fit like a glove. This item is attached to an Orbit timer too so the water will always be on and I checked for leaks, not a one so a nice tight fit. Can't ask for better than that.

Sherry M.: Customer service reached out and sent me a replacement AND refunded my money. Hopefully the new one will last longer. 5 stars for customer service.
It only lasted for 3 months, now one side doesn’t work, it’s stuck “closed” so no water comes out that side no matter when you move the little lever. Piece of junk.

You DO get what you pay for... and in this case, the knob to shut off one side or the other broke within a week’s time. Just crumbled into pieces.
Disappointed, but that’s what I get. And... Not even worth sending back.
